Virginia Senator Mark Warner, UVA President James E. Ryan, National Security Policy Center Founding Director Philip B.K. Potter, and Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, all dressed in professional attire, participate in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting.

President James E. Ryan and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new National Security Data and Policy Institute (NSDPI), along with the School of Data Science and the Frank Batten School of Leadership & Public Policy. Special guests include Virginia Senator Mark Warner and Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines.
