Dr. Alan K. Dugger

Dr. Alan K. Dugger is a Senior National Security Fellow and Associate Professor specializing in military issues, ethics, and research methods. He has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community, serving across regional, functional, and scientific and technical intelligence disciplines with a focus on military affairs. Dr. Dugger previously served as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer and as a civilian intelligence professional in Afghanistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Government from the University of Virginia.
