Dennis Bartow

Dennis Bartow is the Founder and CEO of Polemarchoi Inc., a boutique strategic advisory firm focused on critical minerals, advanced materials, advanced manufacturing, and national security. A 70% service-disabled combat veteran and former senior U.S. Department of Defense official, Dennis brings deep expertise at the intersection of industry, policy, and capital formation. He has worked extensively across the defense industrial base, including in leadership roles supporting small business innovation, industrial resilience, and emerging technology integration. Dennis advises mining, refining, and advanced manufacturing companies across the United States and allied nations, helping them secure and structure government financing and strategic partnerships. 

His work spans the Defense Production Act, the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, Department of Defense initiatives, EXIM Bank financing, and other federal and international funding mechanisms. He is also engaged in broader efforts to strengthen domestic supply chains for critical minerals essential to national security. A Senior Advisor to the DARPA Critical Minerals Forum, Dennis is passionate about rebuilding America’s industrial strength through policy reform, workforce development, and strategic investment, and is known for his ability to connect senior government leaders, investors, and operators to accelerate complex, high-impact projects.
