Director of Finance

Danni Schreffler is the director of finance at the National Security Data and Policy Institute. Previously, she served as the assistant director of finance and operations at UVA’s Karsh Institute of Democracy from 2022-2024. 

Danni originally joined the UVA community in 2020 as finance and administration manager for the Democracy Initiative at the College & Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. She holds two degrees from the University of Lynchburg (formerly Lynchburg College), a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with minors in Museum Studies and English, as well as a Master of Arts in English (Writing Emphasis).
