NSDPI is honored to welcome Andrew S. Peskin to our Policy Advisory Group.
Andrew is a senior technology and national security leader with decades of experience advancing data intelligence, cloud transformation, and artificial intelligence across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Head of Delivery and Engagement for National Security at Databricks Federal, where he leads multidisciplinary teams of technical program managers, engineers, and data scientists delivering advanced data and AI capabilities to the Department of War and the Intelligence Community.
Previously, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Google Public Sector, including Head of Professional Services for Federal Defense, where he directed large-scale digital transformation, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics initiatives for defense clients. Earlier at Google, he led the world’s first cloud migration of a real-time financial exchange, overseeing a complex, multi-billion-dollar partnership. At Capital One, he served in multiple enterprise leadership roles spanning data governance, cloud engineering, and card technology, where he architected the company’s first enterprise data durability program, expanded its multi-cloud strategy, and represented the firm on national cybersecurity advisory boards.
Andrew also founded and led a FinTech firm for 25 years, pioneering the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in global derivatives trading. He has served on the Board of Trustees and as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the University of Virginia Athletics Foundation and has lectured at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and Darden School of Business on global trading and technology modernization in national security. He began his academic career in statistical computing at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
